What kind of products does ZENLY sell?

ZENLY makes premium pet essentials for dogs and cats — accessories, grooming tools, and travel gear designed for pet owners who treat their animals like family. We source every product for quality, durability, and value. No fillers, no junk.

Are your products safe for pets?

Yes. We only carry products made from pet-safe materials. Our rubber chew toy is food-grade and BPA-free. Our grooming brush uses rounded stainless pins. We review every product before listing it. If something ever doesn't feel right, our 30-day guarantee has you covered.

Do you sell food or consumables?

No. ZENLY focuses on accessories, grooming tools, and travel essentials. No food, chews, or consumables.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship in 1-3 business days. Estimated US delivery is 5-8 days after shipment. Total time from order to doorstep: roughly 6-11 business days. You'll get a tracking email the moment your order ships.

Is shipping free?

Yes — free shipping on every order, no minimum.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not currently. We ship to all 50 US states only.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Visit our Track Order page anytime to check status.

Returns & Guarantee

What if I'm not happy with my order?

We offer a 30-day Happy Pet Guarantee. If your pet doesn't take to the product or it doesn't work as described, email us at zenlypets@gmail.com and we'll make it right — full refund or replacement, no questions asked.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Products

Will the car barrier net fit my vehicle?

The elastic mesh fits most vehicles. Choose Size A for compact sedans, Size B for mid-size SUVs and crossovers, and Size C for full-size SUVs and minivans. When in doubt, size up.

Is the dental chew toy safe for aggressive chewers?

The toy is made from durable food-grade natural rubber designed to withstand regular chewing. For very aggressive power chewers (pit bulls, mastiffs, etc.), inspect the toy periodically and replace if you notice significant wear.
