30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied with your Zenly purchase for any reason within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we'll make it right.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Email us at support@zenlypets.com with your order number and a brief description of your concern. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.
Eligible Returns
- Unopened products in original condition within 30 days of delivery
- Products where your pet did not respond as expected within 30 days
- Orders with damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Refund Process
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
Non-Refundable Items
Products that have been opened and used for more than 30 days are not eligible for a full refund. Contact us anyway — we want to make sure you're happy.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email us a photo and we'll ship a replacement at no charge, or issue a full refund. Your choice.
