How Long Will My Order Take?

We ship fast. Here's what to expect:

  • Processing time: 1-3 business days after your order is placed
  • Estimated US delivery: 5-8 business days after shipment
  • Total estimated time from order to delivery: 6-11 business days

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Where Do You Ship?

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

Is Shipping Free?

Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum required.

Can I Track My Order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also visit our Track Order page at any time.

What If My Order Is Delayed?

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Occasional delays can occur due to carrier volume, weather, or customs processing. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your ship date, please contact us at zenlypets@gmail.com and we'll investigate immediately.

What If My Item Arrives Damaged?

We stand behind every order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at zenlypets@gmail.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
